Every Heart & Hazel piece is prepared in gift-ready packaging and shipped with tracking.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington, DC. International shipping is not currently offered.
Free shipping on every U.S. order
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value, no paid standard shipping tier, and no extra shipping charge at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.
Address changes
If you need to correct your shipping address, email support@heartandhazel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package is in the carrier network, the address cannot always be changed.
Missing or damaged packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, email support@heartandhazel.com with your order number and clear photos when relevant. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
