Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to know exactly how returns work before you order from Heart & Hazel.
Return window
You have 30 days from the courier's delivered date to request a return.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging where possible.
- Returns are accepted for buyer's remorse, wrong size, gift changes, damaged items, or items that are not as described.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are unused and in their original condition.
- Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned unless required by law.
How to start a return
Email support@heartandhazel.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day and send the return instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs
- If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we pay the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping fees, if any, are not refunded unless required by law.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we send an email confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the refund.

For a different size or style, start a return first. Then place a new order for the item you want.
